Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Passonto. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
What Passonto does
Passonto lets a person place up to five items in one shared link and lets link recipients show interest. Passonto does not process payments, arrange delivery, verify users, guarantee an item, or decide who receives an item.
Your responsibility
- You must have the right to upload the photos and information you submit.
- Your content must be accurate enough not to mislead link recipients.
- You are responsible for deciding whom to share a link with and for any exchange, pickup, delivery, or communication that happens outside Passonto.
- Do not post illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content or items.
Shared links and contact information
A link is accessible to anyone who receives it. Interested names and optional contact details are visible to everyone with the link. You are responsible for choosing what information you submit and for sharing links carefully.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Passonto a limited permission to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service.
Automatic deletion
Links and their associated content are scheduled for automatic deletion 30 days after creation. Do not use Passonto as permanent storage, and keep your own copy of anything you need.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Passonto, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, collect information from links for unrelated purposes, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Removal and availability
We may remove content, limit access, or suspend the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, maintenance, or product changes. We do not promise that Passonto will always be available or error-free.
No warranties
Passonto is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Passonto and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user content, item condition, personal meetings, communications, or exchanges arranged outside the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
